Structural Design of “Burhan Town”

Situated in the busy commercial hub of Hashtnagri, Peshawar, Burhan Town is a modern high-rise development designed for both functionality and visual appeal. The structure consists of 1 lower basement, a ground floor, and 8 upper floors, making a total of 10 stories.

Our team was responsible for the complete structural design, ensuring the building meets all local regulations and international safety standards. The design process focused on load-bearing efficiency, seismic resistance, and the integration of durable materials to withstand the demands of both residential and commercial use. Special consideration was given to optimizing the structural layout for maximum usable space while maintaining strength and stability.

Commissioned by Mr. Peerzada Khan, C.E.O of Balaj Group, the project required close collaboration with all stakeholders to align the structural framework with the overall development vision. From foundation design to column and beam sizing, every element was engineered to ensure long-term durability, safety, and cost efficiency.
