Structural Design of “Faiz Shinwari Plaza”

Located on Nasir Bagh Road, Peshawar, Faiz Shinwari Plaza is a contemporary multi-story development designed to meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and modern functionality. The building features 1 basement, a ground floor, and 8 upper floors, making it a total of 10 stories.

Our team undertook the complete structural design, focusing on creating a robust framework capable of withstanding the demands of both vertical and lateral loads. The design process incorporated advanced load analysis, seismic-resistant detailing (considering the region’s earthquake risk), and the use of high-quality, durable materials to ensure long-term performance.

Commissioned by Ar. Gohar Islam of Zain Associates & Consultants, the project required close collaboration between the structural and architectural teams. This ensured that the engineering solutions complemented the building’s aesthetic appeal while complying with local and international building codes.
