Structural Design of “Khalil Heights”

Located on Nasir Bagh Road, Peshawar, Khalil Heights is a premium multi-story development designed to combine strength, safety, and modern architectural appeal. The building comprises 2 basements, a ground floor, and 9 upper floors, making it a total of 12 stories.

Our role in this project was to provide the complete structural design, ensuring the building’s framework is robust, efficient, and capable of withstanding both vertical and lateral loads. The design process included comprehensive load analysis, seismic resistance planning (considering the regional seismic activity), and the integration of durable materials to maximize the structure’s lifespan.

Commissioned by Ar. Gohar Islam of Zain Associates & Consultants, the project demanded precise coordination between architectural vision and structural requirements. Our team worked closely with the architects to maintain the building’s aesthetic features while delivering a design that meets local and international safety standards.

Khalil Heights reflects our expertise in handling complex high-rise developments in urban settings.
