Located at Babu Gari Stop, Warsak Road, Peshawar, this multi-story building is designed to combine modern architectural appeal with robust structural integrity. The structure consists of 1 basement, a ground floor, and 6 upper floors, making a total of 8 stories.

Our team was responsible for delivering the complete structural design, ensuring the building’s framework is optimized for strength, stability, and long-term durability. The design process included comprehensive load calculations, seismic resistance planning in accordance with regional seismic requirements, and careful material selection to balance performance with cost efficiency.

Commissioned by Ar. Gohar Islam of Zain Associates & Consultants, the project required seamless coordination between the architectural and engineering teams. Every aspect of the design was developed to complement the building’s functional layout while ensuring compliance with local and international building codes.
