Structural Design of “Peshawar Heights”

The Peshawar Heights project, located in Rahat Abad, Peshawar, is a modern high-rise development designed to meet the highest standards of structural integrity and architectural excellence. The building consists of 2 basements, a ground floor, and 9 upper floors, making it a total of 12 stories.

Our engineering team was entrusted with the complete structural design of this prestigious project, ensuring it meets both local and international building codes. From the initial concept to the final design documentation, every detail was carefully planned to guarantee structural stability, safety, and long-term durability. Special attention was given to load analysis, seismic resistance (considering Peshawar’s seismic zone), and efficient space utilization within the building’s framework.
